Fave places to ride? Anywhere with homies. Anywhere with snow... actually, everywhere is fun.

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? I hike, wakesurf, skate, drink beer, go to summer school, coach at Mt. Hood, chill, make art.

Fave riding buddies? I had this day at Big Bear where I couldn't stop laughing...it was with Hadar, Dez, Matty Ryan, Kyle Fiscwhaher, Eric Fernandez, Harrison, Chad, Bradshaw and a few others.... good vibe tribe.
But in Breck I love riding with my Breck homies.... all of em

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? I think everyone has something to teach, and everyone has something to learn... so the people I admire are a very very very ever-growing list. But in general, I admire those who live with love, humility and passion.... those kinds are legit.

If you're pro, when did you decide to “go pro” — and what happened to get you there? I didn't really decide... and it's soooo cool, and helpful to get gear for free so I can further my understanding of the art of snowboarding... but I just became addicted to the enjoyment of progressing and growing in my snowboarding... I love it, and so some super cool companies show me love to further pursue the shred. Thanks guys!

What have you read, listened to seen that you liked lately? My brother just gave me this Japanese book called The Book of Five Rings...I've been into ancient Zen teachings and this Kung Fu book called Be Like Water it's got some of Bruce Lee's teachings in it...
I love cinema. It’s next to snowboarding for me, so I always keep that appetite satisfied... a steady flow of sounds and images.... but a recent film that impressed me was "The Fantastic Mr. Fox."... Wes Anderson is pretty brilliant... I'm gonna go see Avatar tonight...I’ll let ya know.
And music-- is a necessity... hip hop, reggae and jazz never get old...

Where have you traveled to lately that you like? I've time traveled... it's the best.

Have you done well in any contests lately that you want to tell us about? I fell and got last in the Dew Tour-- but I rode well for myself...so I was stoked

Anything that not many people know about you that you would like to share? I want to play the Clarinet. And I wish I was in a marching band...

Encouraging words for beginners? Nothing great comes easy.... "The good things come to those who wait." -Bob Marley
