Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? gym 6-8am then ride 8:30-4:00

Fave riding buddies? Ben Mosher, Pj Iwaneczko, Tj Grant

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? I think that Eero Ettala is a major inspiration to me because he pushes the sport in all aspects. Scotty Lago is also an inspiration to me because he has this loose style that alot of other pros don't have, he has flawless style in every trick in all aspects of snowboarding. I also think that Iikka Backstrom is a great rider and an inspiration because in all of his movies he is always positive and having fun and I think that's whats most important in this sport.

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? Never, Always just have fun and if its a bad day stop stressing and start new tommorow.

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? Yes, by creating an image in your head, "If you can visualize the trick in your mind then you can do it"

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? Just a helmet.

What have you read, listened to seen that you liked lately? That's it that's all, major inspiration in all aspects on the sport
