Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? I do some streching the night before I go riding,then I do some in the morning when i'm on the slopes( ollies and stuff ) and when I come back from riding I do some Yoga.

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? snowboard snowboard snowboard and snowboard !
Out of season I try and keep in shape I try and do as much exercise as I can,I skateboard quite a lot so that helps..

Fave riding buddies? Any of the locals , and my cousin.

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? I admire a lot a people,but in snowbarding I think It would have to be Lollo ,she was my coach when I went to this camp,and she taught me so much stuff and I'm realy greatfull .

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? Yeah it happens sometimes,I get really pissed off when I'm having a bad day,like when I can't land any tricks or I keep on falling ,but the worst is when i feel that i'm not progressing.
How do you fix it? Well if its because of a trick,i'll just stick at it all day until I get it in,but about progressing I like to ride with people that are better that me ,because it always pushes me harder to do my best.

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? Yes I do,I watch a lot of videos to help me,well,visualise the trick,so that I know the different steps to go through.

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? I always wear a helmet no matter what, Wrist , knees , and a dorsal protection.

Anything that not many people know about you that you would like to share? I consume to much sugar..I'm am very hyper.
